CIMGlobal Successfully organized Regional Contract Negotiation Workshop held during 13-14 July at Cotonou, Benin (in West Africa)

As part of the Power Africa Initiative to develop Africa’s power sector and extend the economic benefits of reliable electricity to every corner of the continent, the US Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) has been asked by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to improve the legal and regulatory environment for power projects in the Power Africa countries of Benin, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Guinea. To this end, CLDP holds a two-day Regional Contract Negotiation Workshop, which took place in Cotonou, Benin on July 13-14, 2017.

The workshop was attended by around 55 highly posted officials from Niger, Guinea, Benin And Burkina Faso. CIMGlobal, with the help of our associate in Nigeria, successfully conducted the workshop to the utmost satisfaction of client.
