2200 Doctors Shared Best Practices in Pulmonology

CIMGlobal successfully concluded the 19th National Conference on Pulmonary Diseases held at Science City in Kolkata on 16-19 November 2017.

The theme of NAPCON 2017 was “Precision Medicine: Treating A Malady, Not A Label; Tomorrow’s Approach to Respiratory Disease”. The objective of the Organizing Committee of the 19th NAPCON was to put together an educational and scientific program on showing tomorrow’s approach to respiratory disease. It was a scientific feast for all those present for the prestigious conference.

The conference was attended by more than 2200 renowned International and National speakers, doctors, researchers etc. from India and overseas who shared their expertise and knowledge in various aspects of Respiratory Medicine.

There were 150 trade participants from various pharmaceutical companies who showcased the latest medicine, pathological methods & equipment’s used in ever growing Respiratory Medicine field. The three-day conference and one-day workshop showcased intriguing sessions, panel discussions along with networking lunches and dinner.

The main objective of the conference was to provide a platform where delegates will have a unique environment to meet colleagues from around the world, to exchange experiences and most importantly, to create memories that will help change the way we see and practice Pulmonology.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by Surya Kant (President ICS), Rajesh Swarnakar (Secretary ICS), Rajesh Solanki (President NCCP), S.N. Gaur (Secretary NCCP). It was the honor to have a presence of Chief Guest, Hon’ble Justice Ruma Pal (Former Judge Supreme Court of India). There were CME workshops conducted in 11 locations throughout various renewed hospitals within Kolkata.
