Living up to our motto “Friendship Through Flowers” the organising committee of the Delhi Chapter of Ikebana International extends a very warm welcome to you all. The metaphorical exchange of a handful of flowers transcends all boundaries, reaching out across the globe extending a hand of friendship. This conference is the ideal platform to sow the seeds of new ties and strengthen the roots of existing ones.
